The complex at the corner of 8th St. and Palmetto St. in Chattanooga, TN was named Palmetto 8 based on its location. Our location is within walking distance of the UTC campus and many students live in these units. It is also convenient for Erlanger employees, as well as those working near the Miller Plaza area of Chattanooga. Stops for Chattanooga's free electric shuttle are located close by as well.

Palmetto 8 is in the Martin Luther King neighborhood and close to all the restaurants, breweries, and shopping of MLK Boulevard. The western boundary of our property is a spur of the Tennessee Riverwalk, providing easy access to the greenway that extends for miles along the Tennessee River.
